Place of work: Stationary – Dąbrowa (municipality of Dopiewo, near Poznań)/mobile – area of the whole country Type of employment: Employment contract, full-time Job description: Prestigious hotel facility, is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager. The person in this position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy and cooperation with the sales department, aimed at increasing brand recognition.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and implement a marketing strategy, in line with company objectives
• Planning and implementation of online and offline marketing campaigns
• Market analysis, monitoring of trends and competitors’ activities
• Marketing budget management and expense optimization
• Cooperation with advertising agencies, external partners, bloggers, media
• Monitoring campaign effectiveness, reporting results, correcting
• Conducting PR activities and building ongoing client relationships
• Coordination of SoMe activities and content marketing
• WoMM management (reviews on Google, FB, Instagram, forums, groups)
• Support the sales department in marketing activities
• Coordination of promotional events

Requirements:

• Min. 3 years of experience in a marketing related position
• Higher education (preferred majors: marketing, management, economics, tourism, hospitality)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environment
• Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, content marketing, SoMe)
• Copywriting skills (various forms, creative marketing)
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Cat. B driver’s license
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creativity, self-reliance and ability to work as part of a team
